Automotive data firm Cap HPI has appointed Jeremy Yea to its Black Book used car values team as editor.

The team of 11 will continue to manage daily adjustments to Black Book Live used car data and support customers with bespoke insight.

Yea said: "I join the industry leader at an exciting time in its development. I look forward to working with everyone at Cap HPI to support its diverse range of customers."

Derren Martin, head of current valuations at Cap HPI, said: "Jeremy brings a wealth of experience to the team.

"We are ramping up our expertise and analysis capability to provide enhanced editorial insight and remarketing consultancy.

"Our focus remains on combining industry-leading data and expert insight to help our customers make smarter automotive decisions."
